Time management: The ability to prioritize and organize tasks so that they can all be completed within a reasonable amount of time. This skill is important because it helps employees avoid overtime or having to take extra time off from work (which can lead to burnout).
Drive and tenacity: These two skills go hand-in-hand: drive refers to the desire to complete a given task or project; tenacity is being able to get things done even when obstacles arise. Together, these qualities ensure that your employees will stay on track with their work, no matter what gets in their way.
Learning is the process of acquiring skills, knowledge or competencies through study and experience. Learning can occur formally or informally. Informal learning happens when we encounter new situations and environments (like meeting someone at a party). Formal learning occurs when we enroll into a program with instruction (like when you enrolled in this course). We are constantly learning throughout our lives. It’s important to encourage people to continue their education as well as learn something new every day so they don’t get bored or complacent with their role at work.
Curiosity is an innate desire for humans to explore things that interest them or need clarification on something they don’t understand yet, which could be anything from looking up information about your favorite TV show character online after watching an episode, until trying some new food from around world. Curiosity leads us down paths where we never thought existed before; without curiosity there would be no growth! It's important for organizations who want success over time must have employees who are curious because innovation comes from these ideas generated by having an open mind.
